IS THERE A RISK THAT MY DELIVERY WILL BE DELAYED?

We only provide an approximate arrival date because the shipping time is determined by a range of circumstances such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, and so on (based on our statistics and experience from previous orders).

Airmail packages typically arrive in 10 to 15 business days. This variance is due to inconsistencies among different postal representatives, not to any of our services.

 

The main cause of the delay is that it is being processed for customs clearance in the country from which the products are being shipped, as well as having to pass through customs clearance in the destination country. This is the most common reason why your shipment’s tracking service webpage may suggest that it hasn’t moved in the last 5 days.
